Ian Malcolm Fletcher

Ian Malcolm Fletcher peacefully passed away on 24 June 2024 surrounded by family after a long fight with Parkinson’s disease. Ian was 72. Dearly loved husband of Ruth for 50 years, much cherished father of Megan and Tim, father-in-law of Dave and Morgan, and treasured pop of Caitlin, Connor, Harrison, and Fern.The funeral service for Ian will be held on 29 June 2024 at 10am at Morrisons Funerals, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson, Auckland 0610. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Parkinson’s New Zealand who have been a huge support for Ian. A donation box will be available at Ian’s funeral service.
